Become a consumer advisor

Help shape the future of VicHip! Become a volunteer advisor and ensure our research reflects what is most important to patients and families.

The VicHip Consumer Advisory Group (CAG) invites you to join a passionate team of advocates working to improve the lives of individuals with hip dysplasia and the quality of hip care and services in Victoria.

Why join the CAG?

Your involvement can:

What does the CAG do?

  • provides valuable insights, feedback and perspectives based on personal experiences
  • reviews VicHip information to ensure it is accessible, clear, culturally appropriate and considerate of consumer needs.

How can I participate?

You can contribute by:

  • taking part in meetings, interviews, workshops, focus groups and surveys (in-person or virtually)
  • providing feedback on study materials, approaches, proposed changes and how we communicate our research findings.
